About Thomas
He founded Demontours Healthcare Advisory to bring a different perspective to healthcare consulting — one grounded in real-world clinical leadership, commercial understanding and the practical realities of delivering change.
He is a practising Consultant Physician, healthcare leader and UCL Executive MBA candidate, with more than 20 years’ experience across clinical medicine, healthcare strategy, digital transformation, operations and business.
Throughout his career, he has led complex healthcare organisations and transformation programmes — from leading a 300-bed hospital through COVID and building a 200+-bed virtual ward from scratch, to securing £1.2m in recurring investment, transforming an underperforming service into a Top 10 national performer, and founding his own private healthcare business.
His particular strength is working at the intersection of strategy and execution: understanding complex healthcare challenges, identifying where pathways, processes or models of care are failing to deliver, and turning insight into practical, sustainable solutions. He has worked extensively across digital and virtual healthcare, service redesign, pathway optimisation, stakeholder engagement and the development of new models of care.
He brings a perspective that is both clinically grounded and commercially minded. He understands the pressures of the NHS, the expectations of healthcare leadership and the realities of running a business. He believes the best solutions are not simply clever on paper — they must work for patients, clinicians and organisations.
At Demontours, he leads the firm’s advisory work, bringing practical healthcare experience to complex strategic, clinical and organisational questions.

Pari Hutchinson
Partner & Director of Strategy
Pari brings more than two decades of NHS experience spanning clinical practice, operational leadership and large-scale health system transformation.
A Registered Children’s Nurse by background, she began her career in frontline paediatric nursing before moving into senior operational, transformation and system leadership roles. She combines clinical credibility with strategic expertise, supported by Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and QSIR Practitioner qualifications.
Pari has particular expertise in service redesign, target operating models, digital transformation, virtual care and complex system change. Most recently, she led the Sussex Virtual Health Programme across the Integrated Care System, developing a system-wide approach to virtual care and remote monitoring.
At Demontours, she advises healthcare and health technology organisations on strategy, propositions and operating models — helping turn ambitious ideas into solutions that can work in the real world.
